Description:  A small family farm.

Operation:  Fall of 2023 was their first year to have a small corn maze and hay rides in addition to their pumpkin patch. They plan to keep growing and expanding that part of the farm each year.

Activities:  They raised beef cattle, have a small nursery greenhouse, grow and sell vegetables in the summer, and have a fall pumpkin patch and corn maze. They also have Zinnia and Sunflower fields. Reservations are not required, but fees may be.

Directions:  Approx. 3.5 miles off Hwy 12. If you're heading West on Hwy 12, turn right onto Hwy 413 and drive 3 miles. Turn left onto Harris Rd beside Cox's Corner Gas Station; go 1/3-mile down Harris Rd until you see their farm.

Description:  300 acres of muscadine vines and 25 acres of homegrown produce.

Operation:  Breckenridge Farms is a family owned farm that sits on 850 acres with a thriving muscadine vineyard that encompasses 300 acres. A variety of muscadine grapes are produced for the wine/juice market as well as the fresh fruit market, and are available for picking. The farm also includes 25 acres of home-grown produce. Added in 2022 is a u-pick flower patch. They sell their items at an open air market located on site. Weekend events are hosted during summer into fall.

Operation:  They are open seasonally, 2x a year. The weather controls the exact dates, so check their social media before you make the drive out!

Activities:  Visitors admission permits you to enter the farm, walk through the flower fields, relax, take picutres, and cut 1 bucket of flowers to take home! You must bring your own bucket and admission is required. The Spring season is as early as April, running through the end of June. The Fall season is as early as Mid-September, usually running through October.

Operation:  For 41 years people have visited this Christmas tree farm for the fun and pleasure of choosing their own tree before it has been cut down. After choosing your favorite tree you may cut the tree yourself or one of the staff will do it and shake it well to remove any dead needles. Operation:  Mini Tails Farm offers families a place to have a horse themed birthday party for their children. Lead line horse back rides or cart rides are available. Directions:  From Pelahatchie: I 20 to exit 68, 13 miles north on Hwy43, come to a stop, take right, take first left on Mary Crapps Road and look for feed bin on the left. From Canton: 43 south approximately 16 miles. Pass through Pisgah High School on right. Take first paved road Old Hwy 43, 2.8 miles turn right on Mary Crapps Road. Look for feed bin on the right. They are closer to the Sandhill/Pisgah area.

Operation:  The dairy farm is located on Doctor Magee Road. Offered are field trips and tours by reservation. The lake for fishing is located on New Home Road, with fishing and field trips available at this area as well. An annual trail ride is offered, with camping and fishing, horse riding.

Description:  Muscadine grape and "U-pick"vineyard

Operation:  Our vineyard us ever expanding and contains over 500 VITIS ROTUNDIFOLIA vines, otherwise known as muscadine grapes in production. The muscadine grape is native to the southeastern U.S. and was the first native grape species to be cultivated in North America. Bronze fruited muscadine grapes are also found in the wild and are often referred to as scuppernongs. We currently grow both bronze and red fruited muscadines. We do not have a winery at the moment but will in the future

Activities:  U-pick end of August - mid September. Pay by the gallon. No reservation are required. Also, photography in the vineyard is offered. This is year-round. Reservations are required and fees will apply.

Directions:  From HWY 49, take the Perkinston-Silver Run exit heading west. Drive 11.5 miles and turn right onto Deaux Run Lane. The vineyard is 0.4 miles down the gravel road. From 1-59, take the HWY 53 exit going east and immediately take the next left onto Progress Road. This road turns into Silver Run Road. Drive 14 miles on this road and turn left onto Old HWY 26. After 1.1 miles, take a right onto Perkinston-Silver Run Road. Drive 1.1 more and take a left onto Deaux Run Lane. The vineyard is 0.4 miles down the gravel road.

Description:  U-Pick Blueberries and Blackberries Farm.

Operation:  We are a family owned farm with approximately 1500 blueberry bushes and 50 blackberry bushes. We also have honey bees on the property for pollination and eventually plan to try our hand in the honey market. Our property is roughly 16 acres on the Oktibbeha/Winston County line.

Activities:  U-pick blueberries from May through July. U-pick blackberries from July through October. Entry fees and reservations do not apply.

Directions:  From Hwy 25 (past Louisville headed toward Starkville) take a left onto Sturgis Road and continue straight for 9 miles. Once you reach 9 miles we are located on the left side of the road. If you continue down Sturgis Road, you will reach the town of Sturgis in 4.5 miles.
