| Description: Homesteading Farm Operation: Compass Rose Homestead is a 1800's teaching farm that is currently being expanded into an indoor classroom. They will show visitors a variety of homesteading skills along with their events such as painting with goats and goat yoga. Activities: Compass Rose Homestead will have a variety of homesteading classes, painting with goats, and an annual family day event in the Spring. Check out more information on their website! Fees and Reservations are required. Directions: From exit 30 of I55: go east on Bogue Chitto Rd to HWY 51. Turn South and travel to Fox Rd at Norfield. Turn East and travel on Fox Rd, crossing the railroad tracks and the Bogue Chitto River. At the next crossroad, you will turn South on Pricedale Drive. The farm is 1/2 mile down the road.
