| Description: Hands on educational classes on cultivating, planting, and harvesting vegetables. Operation: Seeds of Hope is a large community garden where volunteers will learn more about cultivating, planting, and harvesting vegetables. These vegetables are distributed Mississippi food pantries at no cost. Participants are taught proper ways to grow and harvest vegetables. Activities: Seeds of Hope has an annual Harvest Day, usually in June or July. For more information on dates, please reach out to them through their website. Directions: Coming from Main Street in Seminary, turn left onto Hwy 535. After a few miles, turn left at Eminence Methodist. Once you go past Longview Baptist, turn left at the stop sign. Seeds of Hope is the second driveway on the right.
