Welcome to the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce Bureau of Plant Industry - Online Seed Registration System.

This registration system allows you to manage your seed permitting and inspection fee reporting in an easier and more cost efficient way. By taking advantage of this convenient online application, you may process your registrations, renewals and inspection fees online.

If you are a first time user, you must first register as a new agent in order to use the system. Once you have registered as an agent and validated your email address, you will be able to enter your company information. After the information is entered, you will be able to perform registration and renewals and report inspection fees online.

Through this online application an agent can pay online using the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or E-Check.
