To the fullest extent allowed by law, I release and hold harmless the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce and the State of Mississippi from and against all claims, suits, actions, judgement, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses and costs of every kind and nature whatsoever, arising out of or caused by my decision to enter and participate in this Challenge, including any injuries that may be sustained by me or any third party. I acknowledge and understand that to participate in the Challenge I may choose to engage in an activity that may involve the inherent risk of physical injury and I assume all of the risks of personal injury or harm to me or any third party arising out of my decision to participate. I understand that my photograph for the Challenge and/or my picture/my likeness may be used and I agree to allow these images to be used by the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce for any legitimate purpose related to the Challenge.
