Welcome to the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce - Bureau of Plant Industry's Online Feed, Fertilizer, Lime, Soil & Plant Amendments Products Application.

This online application is designed to serve as a convenience for registrants and to make the FFLSP registration and renewal process more efficient and accessible. Agents can update company details, register new products, update labels, renew products, and make payment anytime.

First time agents must create a new agent account to access the online system. Select the Register as a New Agent button to get started. After a completed agent profile is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the agent's email address. Once the email address is confirmed, MDAC staff will review your registration request and will send further instructions when your account has been activated.

Through this online application an agent can pay online using the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or E-Check.
