PLEASE NOTE these important instructions:

* All motor vehicles MUST have mufflers.

* All livestock MUST be well groomed.

* All horses and mules MUST have a NEGATIVE Coggins test taken within twelve months of the parade date and health certificates MUST accompany the animal to the parade.

* Instructions and parade positions will be mailed to the leader named above.

* Awards ceremony will immediately follow the parade.

ANY other flags or signage visible besides the American flag MUST be submitted to and approved by the Dixie National Parade Committee by January 31, 2025: Submit a picture or graphic to marketing@mdac.ms.gov

The Dixie National Parade Committee is released from all liabilities and responsibilities for any loss, accident or injury, whether to person or property, arising in any way out of the operation or activities of the parade committee.
